Where do I begin?
Start with your ideas, priorities, and the rooms you are considering. Plans, photographs, and inspiration are welcome, but you do not need to have everything decided.
What kinds of spaces do you work on?
Kitchens, bathroom vanities, wet bars, entertainment centers, bookcases, closets, laundry rooms, home offices, outdoor kitchens, and other fitted cabinetry.
Which areas do you serve?
Naples, Bonita Springs, Marco Island, Estero, and Collier County. Selected projects in Lee County and surrounding South Florida areas can be discussed with the studio.
Can you work with my builder or designer?
Yes. The studio works with builders, designers, and architects on layouts, drawings, specifications, material selections, and installation coordination.
What materials and finishes are available?
Options include wood species such as oak, walnut, maple, cherry, and alder, along with painted and other finishes. Materials, colors, sheen, lighting, and hardware are selected around your project and cabinetry collection.
Can you match existing cabinetry or work with an unusual space?
Discuss the existing cabinetry, available samples, and room dimensions with the studio. The team can assess suitable finishes and layouts, including challenging storage spaces.
What about outdoor cabinetry?
DI’s published collections include Danver stainless steel outdoor cabinetry and NatureKast outdoor cabinetry. The studio can help discuss materials and finishes for the exposure and use of your outdoor space.
How are pricing and timing established?
Your scope, cabinetry collection, materials, finishes, and project requirements inform the quote and timeline. Discuss your priorities and target dates before approving the project.
How do installation and warranty work?
Review the installation scope, final adjustments, and applicable manufacturer and workmanship warranty terms with the studio when reviewing your quote.
Do you handle the rest of the renovation?
The studio can discuss coordination with your contractor for related demolition, plumbing, or electrical work. Confirm the responsibilities and scope of each trade for your project.
